Caramel Apple Pie Ice Cream
(makes a little more than 1 quart)
1 quart Half & Half
1/2 cup sugar
1 small box white chocolate instant pudding
1/2 - 1 can apple pie filling, chopped
1/2 - 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
Baked pie crust pieces - Frozen [can be baked with cinnamon-sugar sprinkled on them]
In medium bowl mix Half & Half, sugar and dry pudding mix. Beat on high 2 minutes.
Pour into ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
5 minutes before ice cream is finished, add pie filling and pie crust pieces. Pour into a freezer container, quickly swirl caramel topping into Ice Cream. Freeze.
